Are the 2X8 pin headers intended for the LCD?
3M9452-ND and 517-9611086404AR appear to be 1×8 pin headers.
3M9461-ND and 517-9612166404AR look to be the correct part #s.
IC sockets (2) 2×4-8 pin, (7) 2×8- 16 pin, (1) 2×20 – 40 pin
